Shipping policy

We aim to make your shopping experience smooth and reliable. Please read our Shipping Policy carefully to understand how we handle deliveries within Pakistan.

1. Delivery Coverage

We currently deliver all over Pakistan, including major cities such as Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan, Peshawar, and Hyderabad.
For remote areas, delivery may take slightly longer depending on courier availability.

2. Delivery Time

  • Standard Delivery: 3 to 7 working days (after order confirmation)

  • Express Delivery (selected cities only): 1 to 3 working days

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Note: Delivery times may vary slightly during sales or holiday seasons.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Standard Shipping: PKR 250 (flat rate)

  • Free Shipping: on orders above PKR 3,000

  • Shipping fees (if applicable) are calculated at checkout and shown before payment.

4. Order Confirmation

Once you place your order:

  1. You will receive a confirmation email or SMS.

  2. Our team may contact you to verify your details.

  3. After verification, your order will be dispatched via a trusted courier partner such as Leopard, TCS, or M&P.

5. Order Tracking

As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via SMS or email.
You can use this number to track your parcel directly on the courier’s website.

6. Delays or Issues

While we strive to ensure timely delivery, unforeseen delays (weather, strikes, or courier issues) can occur.
If your order is delayed beyond 7 working days, please contact our support team.

7. Undelivered or Returned Orders

If a parcel is undelivered due to:

  • Incorrect address

  • Customer unavailability

  • Refusal to accept the package

The parcel will be returned to us.
Reshipping may incur additional charges.
